Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday, Wednesday, Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During high-volume periods (product drops, holidays, sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timelines listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Typical delivery timeframes:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, and peak-season volume. Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, TICAL Athletics cannot guarantee final delivery timing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ticalathletics.com.
Wrong Address / Address Corrections
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect, please email us immediately:
If the order has already shipped, TICAL Athletics is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Re-shipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, TICAL Athletics is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it:

Check with neighbors or your building/office front desk

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages early)

Contact the shipping carrier directly

Then email us for support
We will do our best to assist, but carrier claims are the responsibility of the customer.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
These fees are not included in our prices and are non-refundable. If a package is refused due to customs charges, the cost of shipping and return fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship on or around the date listed on the product page.
Production or carrier delays may shift ship dates slightly — we will notify customers of any significant changes.
If your order includes pre-order items and in-stock items, they may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to:

…the customer is responsible for new shipping charges to re-send the package.
